Shipping policy

Processing and Delivery Times

Delivery to Australian addresses we use Australia Post and deliveries can be expected to arrive in 2-6 business days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 2-4 business days depending on location.    

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not received a confirmation email, please email us at info@instoreclothing.com.au.

All orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 via regular post, Australia wide.

Express Post

Want your order faster? For Express Post shipping we use Australia Post Express Post and charge a flat rate of $15.

International Shipping

We currently offer International shipping at a flat rate of $30 to most countries. Orders from the US are now subject to further duties and therefore we now charge a flat rate of $50 for shipping to the US.
