Processing and Delivery Times

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 2–6 business days. For regional and remote areas, please allow an additional 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@instoreclothing.com.au.

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours. We dispatch orders during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

Free Australia-wide standard shipping on orders over $200.

Express Post

Need your order sooner? We offer Australia Post Express Post for a flat rate of $15, providing a faster delivery option within Australia.

International Shipping

 We offer international shipping to most countries for a flat rate of $30.

Due to additional import duties now applying to shipments to the United States, orders shipped to the US incur a flat shipping rate of $50.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
